Important update to fix a major bug preventing people using the photosensitive setting from beating the game.

Changes in v1.3:

• Fixed a bug where the creature would not appear when using the photosensitive setting
• Added an invisible wall after turning on the lights to prevent softlocking
• Fixed an exploit involving the keypad puzzle
• Tweaked subtitles in padlock room to better reflect the enemy's position
